Accounts Payable Administrator
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you play an important role within our organization. You ensure that invoices are processed accurately and that financial administration runs smoothly. You will be part of a dedicated Finance team of five colleagues and work closely with various departments. Thanks to your attention to detail, everything stays on track.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing, reviewing, and posting accounts payable invoices.
- Managing the accounts payable (AP) administration.
- Processing and verifying timesheet registrations.
- Supporting the month-end closing process.
- Identifying discrepancies and contributing to accurate financial records.
You bring:
- You are an accurate and hands-on colleague who enjoys taking responsibility.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week.
- You work in a structured manner and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
- You have a proactive and independent working style.
- Good command of Dutch, English is an advantage.
