Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you ensure that our customers' technical systems continue to function as intended. You'll be on the road a lot, visiting various growers and diving into technical issues where your knowledge and solution-oriented approach make all the difference.
At Patron Agri Systems, service goes beyond just simply fixing a malfunction. You want to understand the root cause of a problem and ensure that the system works properly and reliably again afterward. You work independently, but if you get stuck, our close-knit team of colleagues is ready to help you figure it out.
Our customers rely on their technical systems for a successful cultivation process. If something isn't working properly, they want to know what's going on, and above all they want it resolved quickly. You listen, investigate, resolve the issue and explain what you have done. In this way, you not only ensure that the system works properly but also build trust with the customer.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems.
- Commissioning and optimizing water treatment systems.
- Configuring and optimizing climate control systems.
- Identifying and resolving malfunctions, both on-site and remotely.
- Advising customers on the use and operation of their systems.
- Contributing ideas for improving technical solutions.
You bring:
- You have a technical background, for example in electrical engineering, water engineering or installation engineering.
- You are solution-oriented and enjoy figuring out how things work.
- You can work independently, but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
- You hold a category B driver's license.
- Experience with technology in greenhouse horticulture is a plus, but not required. We'd be happy to help you learn the trade!
- You're willing to work occasionally on-call service shifts.
